Follow these steps to send your climbing shoes to us for resoling. It's simple and hassle-free.
Step 1.
Take a tag number and securely attach it to your shoes.
Make sure it is clearly visible and firmly fastened.
Step 2.
Take a photo of the shoes from the front, showing the tag number clearly.
You will need this photo when placing your resoling order – and later upon pickup.
Step 3.
Visit our website and click on “Book Resole.
Choose your product and rubber type, enter your tag number, and upload the photo you just took.
Step 4.
Once your order and payment are complete,
you can place the shoes in the dropbox deposit box. You will receive a confirmation the same day.
Step 5.
We will notify you when your shoes are ready (usually within 1–3 weeks).
Pickup is at the same dropbox. Remember the tag number from your photo — you’ll need it to collect your shoes.
